An opportunity exists within ERWAT’s Company Secretary Office for a short term Administrator position.


The applicant must fulfil the following requirements:

  1. B. Com Degree or B Tech with 3 years’ relevant experience, or
  2. Grade 12 and 5 years’ in administration (B – Degree)
  3. 10 years in administration (Grade 12)
  4. To assist and support the Company Secretary and team with departmental administrative functions
  5. Compiles documents and presentations according to sound secretarial practice and organizational administrative standards.
  6. Develops a filling system to ensure the efficient storage and access of departmental information according to sound administrative practice.
  7. Arrange meetings, set-up venues and provide minute taking and summary record duties.
  8. No managerial experience required


  1. Ability to work under pressure
  2. Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
